Waracle is seeking a Lead People Partner to join their digital technology consultancy, focusing on culture, talent development, and impactful HR strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Direct, mentor, and empower a high-performing team of Senior People & Culture Partners.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to co-create initiatives across organisational design, culture, and talent planning.
- Oversee complex employee relations, guiding your team to deliver thoughtful, values-driven solutions.
- Design and refine flexible HR processes, championing smart automation and digital tools.
- Integrate new teams following M&A activity, ensuring harmonised practices.
- Lead company-wide inclusion, engagement, and well-being roadmaps.
- Present data-backed insights on metrics like retention and engagement ROI.
Requirement:
- Experience coaching and developing People/HR professionals.
- Trusted advisor to senior leadership with commercial awareness.
- Experience designing scalable employee lifecycle programs.
- Compassionate approach to handling complex employee relations.
- Strong communication and relational skills.
- Experience with M&A integration is a bonus.
