Short Summary:
Waabi, a leader in Physical AI, is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage the full accounts payable cycle, support month-end close processes, and collaborate with various teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice review, coding, approvals, and payment processing.
- Assist with accounts receivable.
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
- Support and maintain monthly consolidation schedules.
- Prepare analytics and supporting schedules for month-end close review.
- Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals and reclassifications.
- Perform balance sheet account reconciliations and investigate variances.
- Assist with audit preparation.
- Help maintain accounting policies and internal controls.
- Collaborate with FP&A, HR, and purchasing teams.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives.

Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP fundamentals.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience with accounting systems such as NetSuite or QuickBooks is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
