Short Summary:
Virta Health is on a mission to reverse metabolic disease in one billion people. We are seeking an experienced IT Engineer to support our rapidly growing, distributed team of 1,000+ U.S. employees, focusing on workflow automation and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Mac Fleet: Lead the endpoint management strategy for macOS devices.
- Streamline Provisioning: Drive Zero-Touch device provisioning and maintain hardware inventory management.
- Enforce Device Trust: Implement and manage endpoint tools, establishing robust device trust frameworks.
- Administer SSO: Optimize and scale our Single Sign-On environment.
- Implement PAM: Partner with Engineering and Security teams for Privileged Access Management solutions.
- Ensure Device Health: Deploy Device Health Assurance protocols.
- Automate Workflows: Architect and deploy IAM Workflows for cross-departmental processes.
- Drive RPA Initiatives: Develop proposals for Robotic Process Automation.
- Optimize Spend: Audit systems for cost-saving opportunities.
- Build Zero Trust: Collaborate with Security to maintain a Zero Trust security model.
- Maintain Compliance: Ensure IT infrastructure meets compliance standards.
- Act as Tier 2 Support: Serve as a primary escalation point for IT support inquiries.
- Ensure Reliability: Participate in an on-call rotation for urgent issues.
Requirement:
- 3+ years experience in a Systems Administrator, IT Engineer, or senior escalation-level IT Support role.
- Solid understanding of IT security fundamentals, including Zero Trust concepts.
- Experience with Okta SSO configuration and macOS administration (Jamf preferred).
- Successful design and implementation of AI-enabled workflows.
