Short Summary:
Veo is a global leader in AI-based sports camera technology, seeking a Senior IT Specialist with expertise in networking and network security to enhance their office networking foundations.

Responsibilities:
- Own the day-to-day operation and development of Veo’s office networks, including switching, routing, firewalls, Wi-Fi, VPNs, and site-to-site connectivity.
- Design and maintain secure network segmentation using VLANs, firewall policies, and access controls.
- Monitor and improve wireless coverage, performance, and reliability.
- Operate and tune network and endpoint security controls, including firewalls and IDS/IPS.
- Manage network access and device onboarding using technologies such as RADIUS and 802.1X.
- Lead network-related changes and incidents, including planning and troubleshooting.
- Work with ISPs, vendors, and contractors while bringing more operations in-house.
- Maintain clear network diagrams, configuration records, and audit-ready documentation.
- Share knowledge with the IT team and establish consistent practices for support and network changes.

Requirement:
- Hands-on experience operating wired and wireless networks across multiple locations.
- Solid networking fundamentals across routing, switching, VLANs, firewall policies, VPNs, and Wi-Fi.
- Practical experience with network segmentation and access-control solutions.
- Experience with network platforms such as Fortinet, Juniper, or Mist.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking.
- A security-minded approach grounded in least privilege and risk reduction.
- Ability to take ownership of ambiguous technical problems and communicate clearly.
