Short Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Own the overall Supply MRP process, including daily and mid-term execution
- Local suppliers performance review and risk assessment jointly with the Supply Chain Director
- Inbound logistics & customs tracking follow-up with carriers and logistics team in Montreal, including risk assessment mitigation
- Maintain & assess key supply chain KPIs reporting dashboards (OTD, inventory turns, fill rate)
- Responsible for inventory health, issues related to inbound/inventory investigations, and drive concrete recommendations
- Ensure effective engagement, collaboration, and cooperation with internal clients and suppliers
- Work closely with the Montreal Team on NPIs, end-of-life parts management, and master data updates
- Collaborate with the Operations Team to support orders planning and scheduling, ensuring on-time parts delivery and flagging risks
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent Supply Chain Business degree
- 5+ years’ experience in global procurement or supply chain position
- Strong analytical and data skills (Excel/Google Sheets required; SQL or data analysis tools a strong plus)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in interdisciplinary teams
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Curiosity to learn, collaborative mindset, and drive to contribute to something meaningful
- Fluent English required; German is a plus
