Short Summary:
The Relationship Banker is responsible for driving branch growth by deepening existing customer relationships and acquiring new ones through consistent sales execution, lead management, and proactive cross-selling. This role delivers exceptional customer service in alignment with the bank's mission by engaging clients with professionalism, confidence, and a strong understanding of their financial needs.
Responsibilities:
- Focus on growing existing customer relationships and acquiring new ones through consistent sales execution, lead management, and proactive cross-selling.- Deliver exceptional customer service, engaging customers with friendly, professional, and solution-oriented service.- Maintain strong knowledge of all bank products and services, effectively educating customers and cross-selling to meet their financial needs.- Present a confident and professional demeanor to establish trust and recommend appropriate financial solutions.- Open new accounts and discuss/sell loan products to existing and prospective customers.- Participate in community events and support CRA initiatives.
Requirement:
- High school diploma/GED.- 1+ year branch banking or business services experience.- Strong communication and customer service skills.- Analytical skills and proficiency with banking systems (FIS/IBS).
