Location: San Antonio, TX
Work Arrangement: Onsite

Support UI/UX design and design research across Security, Profile, Recovery, and Member Lifecycle experiences. Work alongside a Lead Designer to develop user-centered concepts, validate designs through research, and execute solutions using established design systems.

Required Qualifications

• At least 4 years of UX Design experience
• At least 4 years of Design Ideation experience
• At least 4 years of Design Research experience
• Experience creating new user experience concepts
• Experience conducting and supporting research to validate concepts and ideas
• Experience executing designs through internal review processes
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders to understand needs and opportunities
• Experience working with design systems

Technical Skills

• Figma
• JWM
• Zoom

Responsibilities

• Follow Lead Designer direction in executing UI/UX designs and design research
• Support workstreams across Security, Profile, Recovery, and Member Lifecycle
• Create new user experience concepts using established design systems
• Conduct and support research to validate concepts and ideas
• Execute designs through internal review processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs and opportunities
