Short Summary:
As a Risk Manager, you will own the risk management framework for Unlimit's business, ensuring compliance and operational safety while managing risks effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Own the risk management framework for Unlimit's business.
- Ensure the company operates safely and compliantly.
- Design risk methodologies and monitor exposures.
- Provide clear risk assessments to the Board and senior management.
- Collaborate with compliance, finance, product, engineering, and operations teams.

Requirement:
- Proven experience in risk management within regulated financial services.
- Familiarity with the Cypriot and EU regulatory landscape.
- Strong knowledge of MiCA, PSD2, EMD2, and related national law.
- Experience in designing risk management frameworks and risk appetite statements.
- Strong analytical skills to quantify exposures and present risks clearly.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth organizations.
