Short Summary:
At Uni Systems, we are looking for a professional Project Management Officer to join our team in Brussels, Belgium. The role involves assessing project maturity, supporting project management methodologies, and providing guidance to project teams.

Responsibilities:
- Assess project maturity against selected project management methodology and provide guidance.
- Support implementation of project management methodologies (PM², PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile, Scrum).
- Provide guidance on project management processes, standards, and governance requirements.
- Maintain and support PMO/PPMO tools for project planning and reporting.
- Develop and improve reporting solutions using Power BI, Power Automate, Jira, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Excel.
- Monitor project progress, risks, issues, resources, budgets, and KPIs.
- Participate in project estimates reviews and support project plan preparation.
- Ensure effective monitoring of project costs, schedules, and resources.
- Support change control procedures and continuous improvement activities.
- Provide coaching and training to project managers and teams.
- Contribute to Agile transformation activities.

Requirement:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent higher education qualification (4 years of studies) or 8+ years post-secondary professional experience.
- Minimum of 4 years in project management, with at least 3 years in a PMO role on IT projects.
- Mandatory experience with Microsoft 365 tools, Power BI, Power Automate, and Jira.
- Good knowledge of project management methodologies (PM², PRINCE2, PMBOK, Scrum).
- Strong theoretical knowledge of Scrum concepts.
- Experience with SharePoint and Teams administration is an asset.
- Project management certification (PM², PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Experience in coaching or training project teams is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of English.
