Short Summary:
Uncapped is seeking a mid to senior Product Owner to drive a core part of their product from idea to impact in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Responsibilities:
- Own a product area end-to-end, managing the backlog from discovery through delivery.
- Turn customer problems and commercial goals into a clear, prioritized roadmap with measurable outcomes.
- Run discovery, define work, and engage with customers to size opportunities.
- Write detailed specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineers.
- Ensure consistent shipping and unblock engineers as needed.
- Connect product outcomes to real business results and track metrics for iteration.
- Collaborate across various teams including Risk, Engineering, Data Science, and external partners.

Requirement:
- 4+ years in product management with a proven track record in a fast-paced environment.
- Background in fintech commercial and growth or financial software building.
- Hands-on experience in writing specs and understanding customer and data needs.
- Strong communication skills to align stakeholders and manage cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in high-growth environments with shifting priorities.
