Short Summary:
Ultra I&C is hiring multiple Model Based Systems Engineers to lead system design and development efforts across new programs, tackling complex technical challenges in support of critical defense programs.
Responsibilities:
- Performs design and development of integrated avionics and communications systems.
- Provides expert judgment and analysis for technical products and systems.
- Resolves complex technical issues and conducts advanced research.
- Recommends alterations to improve product quality and procedures.
- Guides development practices to enhance efficiency and quality of deliverables.
- Mentors junior engineering candidates in Systems Engineering best practices.
- Develops/writes system test plans and procedures.
- Simulates end-user operations and executes test procedures.
Requirement:
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an Engineering-related field.
- Active Secret U.S. Government Security Clearance required.
- 8+ years of experience in Systems Engineering or related field, with experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools.
