Join Ubisoft as a Senior Product Manager within the Live Services team, focusing on player communications and content engagement for the Live 360 product suite.
Responsibilities:
- Define and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Content & Player Engagement product portfolio.
- Identify opportunities to improve player engagement and operational efficiency.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer workflows and player communication needs.
- Own the prioritization and evolution of the product roadmap.
- Define requirements, success criteria, and business objectives for new product initiatives.
- Measure adoption, engagement, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.
- Lead the evolution of News Tool and associated communication capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve workflows and player experiences.
Requirement:
- Significant experience in Product Management within software, platform, SaaS, live services, or digital products.
- Proven experience owning products across the full lifecycle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
