Short Summary:
The Financial Planning Analyst will support the team on all financial planning and budgeting activities, review overall financial data, and month-end close activities.
Responsibilities:
- Administrate the Group's financial applications, perform tests on instrument developments and corrections, run specific procedures, input/import data into reporting systems, check and identify anomalies, track corrections, and contribute to the improvement of the Group's instruments.
- Manage assigned processes for monthly closing and forecast activities.
- Review accounting records for correct accounts and allocations.
- Work closely with IT to solve data inconsistencies and tool errors.
- Develop evolution plans for Group's instruments and Oracle ERP Tool with IT.
- Review data inputs with Divisions managers.
- Interact regularly with stakeholders to provide guidance regarding Oracle ERP functionality.
- Optimize reports for data analysis.
- Review and update internal documentation and procedures for the current reporting process.
Requirement:
- Significant knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cost control, or similar fields.
- Knowledge of data reconciliation in different systems and databases.
- Extensive knowledge of Excel, Essbase, Oracle, SmartView, HFM, and ERP systems.
- Advanced written and spoken English skills.
- Experience in video games production or in Software/IT industry with R&D is considered a plus.
- Experience in ERP systems deployment is considered a plus.
- Strong communication skills, analytical skills, rigor, attention to detail, proactivity, autonomy, and team spirit.
