Responsibilities:
- Design and implement seamless connections between our platform and external ATS systems.
- Innovate on bespoke internal tools to improve user experience.
- Identify and drive solutions to automate repetitive manual tasks.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable solutions, write tests, and perform code reviews.
- Provide guidance and feedback to new or associate team members.

Requirement:
- Strong experience with .NET (C#) in production environments.
- Solid experience building modern front-end applications with React.
- Experience with MS SQL or similar relational databases.
- Senior-level mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Experience collaborating in distributed teams.
