Short Summary:
Twilio is seeking an experienced Principal Internal Communications Manager to lead high-stakes employee communications and support the Internal Communications Lead in shaping the global internal communications strategy.

Responsibilities:
- Partner on Global IC Strategy
- Partner closely with PR/External Comms
- Lead highly sensitive employee communications
- Manage transactional & structural change comms
- Advise on social issues
- Collaborate cross-functionally
- Support finance communications
- Flex across the IC portfolio

Requirement:
- 10+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or crisis management
- Proven track record at a principal or senior manager level within a global technology company
- Deep experience managing highly confidential and sensitive communications
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and executive presence
- Strong project management skills
- Proven ability to write in the voice of various leaders
