Short Summary:
Tulip is seeking an AI Enablement Engineer to build AI platforms and develop integrations that enhance developer experience. The role involves working in a hybrid environment, focusing on AI-native frontline operations.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with engineering teams to identify AI opportunities in the developer workflow.
- Build and maintain the internal agentic AI platform for engineers.
- Own foundational architecture and standards for agent evaluation and deployment.
- Improve onboarding, documentation, and discovery layers for AI tools.
- Contribute to organizational AI enablement and measure adoption of internal AI tooling.
Requirement:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, ideally in developer tooling or platform engineering.
- Hands-on experience with AI/LLMs and shipping agentic solutions.
- Proven ability to build internal tools for AI capabilities.
- Strong full-stack proficiency (TypeScript and related ecosystem).
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, agent frameworks, and AWS.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
