Short Summary:
As a Reporting Analyst working remotely, you’ll bring your analytical skills to improve processes and provide value-added service to TTEC's client base through operations and financial reporting.

Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple complex business projects.
- Develop dashboards, data-driven solutions, perform data analysis and visualization.
- Maintain database records and conduct routine audits.
- Provide insights and analytics to enhance processes, productivity, and efficiency KPIs.
- Work directly with leadership teams and internal customers.
- Support clients and operations with ad-hoc reporting requests.
- Develop and maintain central operations data solutions using Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot, and other tools.

Requirement:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Reporting and Analytics (BPO experience preferred).
- Must-have: Advanced Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot, strong communication skills, strong understanding of data, performance, and KPI.
- Good to have: Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, experience with Looker, Studio, Power BI, Tableau, familiarity with SQL, Python, and other advanced reporting tools.
