Short Summary:
As a Recruiter at TTEC, you will help elevate careers in a mission-based and values-driven global organization, meeting recruiting targets and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities:
- Meet recruiting targets in support of specific client needs.
- Coordinate recruiting efforts with the team and manage your own recruiting goals.
- Screen resumes and applications, schedule interviews, and assist with reference checks and background checks.
- Establish TTEC as an employer of choice within the local community.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience and foster an inclusive team environment.
- Implement high-volume sourcing strategies to attract candidates.
- Improve key success metrics associated with hiring goals.

Requirement:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience.
- Excellent interviewing skills for required performance and skill set.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
- Experience with applicant tracking and candidate relationship management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
