Short Summary:
As an Information Security Manager, you will manage a team of Information Security Engineers, ensuring timely task completion and adherence to security standards while creating exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Information Security Engineers and drive their performance.
- Handle escalations, executive reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain TTEC’s Information Security standards to reduce risks.
- Monitor security tools and take corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with various teams to support issue resolution and strengthen security posture.
- Create, track, and manage tickets to resolution.
- Support network security operations and contribute to new technology implementations.
- Document findings and create internal procedures for consistent operations.
Requirement:
- Experience leading technical engineers and managing projects.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with security applications/tools (EDR, DLP, SIEM, etc.).
- Knowledge of information security principles and network security.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
