Responsibilities:
- Partner with people team and other relevant teams to ensure payroll documentation is accurate.
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of in-house Swedish payroll, including salaries, bonuses, and commissions.
- Liaison with external providers for European Payrolls, ensuring timely information transfer.
- Oversee statutory filings, tax payments, and year-end reporting requirements.
- Direct payroll-related journal entries and ensure timely reconciliation of payroll accounts.
- Ensure appropriate payroll treatment of benefits and expenses.
- Utilize system data to track key payroll operational metrics (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement.

Requirement:
- Minimum of 5+ years in operational payroll with hands-on experience in Swedish payroll.
- Experience in a high-growth FinTech or technology environment is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with Kontek, FlexHRM, and preferably HiBob; must have a Swedish Personal Number.
- Strong analytical and data skills, attention to detail, and good teamwork ability.
