Short Summary:
The Support Engineer is a technical bridge between the Platform Engineering organization and the Customer Experience (CX) team, responsible for customer onboarding, data migrations, and resolving technical escalations.
Responsibilities:
- Execute end-to-end technical onboarding workflows for new customer accounts.
- Manage technical teardown workflows for customer offboarding.
- Perform structured database migrations and ensure data integrity.
- Own and triage the tier-2/3 technical ticket queue.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to communicate technical findings.
- Maintain documentation and runbooks for operational repeatability.
- Identify patterns in recurring technical issues and build internal tooling.
Requirement:
- SQL: Strong proficiency in writing and executing queries.
- AWS: Hands-on experience with core AWS services.
- Kubernetes: Familiarity with cluster operations and troubleshooting.
- Terraform: Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code configurations.
- Helm: Experience deploying and managing Helm charts.
- Git / GitHub: Comfortable with version control workflows.
- English Communication: Strong written and verbal skills.
