As a Principal Product Data Scientist, you will operate as the most senior technical leader in the Product Data Science function, shaping the vision and driving strategic impact through innovative analytical solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and define the Data Science strategy for Product.
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior Product and Engineering leadership.
- Drive the development and adoption of next-generation data science tooling and platforms.
- Spearhead the exploration and integration of emerging AI technologies.
- Champion best practices in experimentation and causal inference.
- Take ownership of complex analytical projects, translating ambiguous questions into actionable recommendations.
- Mentor and develop other Data Scientists and Analysts.
- Lead initiatives to scale impact through automation and democratization of data science capabilities.
- Develop sophisticated customer segmentation and predictive models.
- Communicate complex analytical concepts to diverse audiences.

Requirement:
- Extensive experience in data science or a similar quantitative role.
- Expert Level proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with statistical modeling and machine learning techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to define and operationalize product metrics.
- Proven track record of driving strategic impact and leading technical discussions.
- Experience scaling analytics capabilities and creating automated processes.
- Outstanding leadership skills with experience in mentoring teams.
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Physics, Economics, or a related field.
