Short Summary:
Join the AI-3D engine team at TikTok, developing a next-generation neural engine for interactive content. This hands-on research role combines ML expertise with 3D or graphics domain knowledge to create AI models and systems for digital worlds.

Responsibilities:
- Lead research directions in neural graphics, world models, 3D modeling, animation, simulation, or rendering.
- Develop, train, adapt, and evaluate AI models for interactive graphics.
- Define data and evaluation strategies connecting model behavior to quality and performance.
- Build research prototypes and collaborate with engineering teams.
- Analyze results and translate findings into development steps.
- Produce reproducible research artifacts and mentor team members.

Requirement:
- PhD/MS or equivalent in machine learning, computer graphics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in neural graphics, generative AI, or related domains.
- Strong knowledge of modern machine learning and expertise in model architecture and training.
- Engineering fluency with ML frameworks like PyTorch or JAX.
- Deep expertise in AI-for-graphics areas such as 3D modeling, animation, or simulation.
- Ability to formulate hypotheses and design experiments.
