Short Summary:
As the Partnerships Account Management/ Partner Success Lead, you will nurture partner relationships to drive mutual growth and optimize partner performance, acting as a strategic advisor for our partners.
Responsibilities:
- Nurture existing partner relationships to drive mutual growth
- Optimize partner performance and ensure compliance
- Manage a large portfolio of accounts and lead high-level QBRs
- Identify and propose scalable solutions to improve partner lifecycle
- Deliver projects while supporting the team and setting clear expectations
Requirement:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment (SaaS, Fintech, or High-Growth business)
- Experience managing a team and coaching to success
- Proven ability to manage a large portfolio of accounts
- Deep expertise in CRM systems and Partnership Management Platforms
- Exceptional planning skills and ability to navigate complex organizations
