Short Summary:
As an Operations Manager, you will work closely with the Ongoing Monitoring team to deliver efficient services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and optimizing operations across various workstreams.
Responsibilities:
- Owning and managing all Ongoing Monitoring workstream forecasts
- Defining SLAs and strategies for workstreams
- Reporting success and efficiency to senior stakeholders
- Analyzing data using Excel and other tools for actionable insights
- Collaborating with teams to solve problems and improve processes
- Assessing opportunities for efficiency improvements
Requirement:
- Fluent in English
- Effective communicator with reporting skills
- Experience with business analytics tools (Excel, SQL)
- Understanding of APIs in technology scale-ups
- Experience in managing multiple workstreams
- Background in Fraud/AML/Financial Crime processes
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Customer-focused and a team player
