Short Summary:
We're looking for an experienced Software Development Engineer to help build the technology that enables our communities, from small gatherings to our largest events. You'll design, develop, and support scalable software solutions while partnering closely with product, design, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality software solutions and services.
- Lead the implementation of complex features and technical initiatives from design through production.
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code while adhering to engineering best practices and quality standards.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving software quality, reliability, and performance.
- Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Contribute to technical design discussions and help evaluate architecture, implementation approaches, and tradeoffs.
- Provide guidance and technical support to other engineers through collaboration, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.

Requirement:
- 5 to 7 years of relevant professional experience or equivalent expertise.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience delivering software solutions through the full development lifecycle.
- Proven ability to mentor and guide other engineers through technical leadership and knowledge sharing.
- Experience with full stack development patterns and technologies such as React, RESTful design patterns, Postgres, NoSQL, and containerized and serverless architectures.
