Short Summary:
This role will be managing Organized Play Market Development initiatives and activities in Spain and Portugal, responsible for onboarding retail locations, managing customer relationships, and executing events as per annual market development plans.

Responsibilities:
- Managing Organized Play Market Development across Southern Europe.
- Identifying and developing retail accounts and relationship programs.
- Recruiting and managing Play! Pokémon Store partnerships.
- Promoting Play! Pokémon Programs with stakeholders.
- Evaluating program trends and providing analysis for market performance improvement.
- Monitoring competitor activity and implementing retention strategies.
- Attending key international events to align with stakeholders.
- Managing vendor contracts and providing day-to-day support.
- Executing roll-out of Play! Pokémon Programs to eligible stores.
- Supporting various projects and programs.
- Handling user data and customer service escalations.
- Assisting in compliance investigations with stakeholders.

Requirement:
- 5 to 7 years of related professional experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Fluent or near-native Spanish and English required.
- Additional marketing, sales, or project management qualifications desirable.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of retail development and grassroots play retention programs desirable.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with CRM systems.
