Short Summary:
The IRONMAN Group is seeking a highly motivated individual for the position of Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator EMEA, responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of logistics and supply chain activities for IRONMAN events across EMEA.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee supply chain processes, including collecting design data and preparing purchase orders.
- Monitor order deadlines and follow up on missing information.
- Support the Supply Chain Manager with analysis and reorders.
- Serve as the first point of contact for suppliers regarding orders and deliveries.
- Assist with design processes and approvals.
- Handle short-term order requests and manage communications around bulk deliveries.
- Conduct incoming inspections of bulk items and prepare customs documentation.
- Coordinate inventory management of non-branded bulk items post-race season.
- Process invoices and assist onsite at events as needed.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in sports/events management or business administration.
- Initial experience in logistics or event supply management welcomed.
- Fluency in English and German required.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially SharePoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
