Join Ten Group as a Luxury Travel Consultant, where you'll help members plan and book unforgettable luxury travel experiences. This overnight position requires a passion for travel and exceptional customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Design and book bespoke luxury travel experiences tailored to members' needs.
- Research and recommend hotels, flights, destination services, car rentals, and travel experiences worldwide.
- Build strong relationships with members by providing personalized, consultative service.
- Source competitive travel options while balancing value, quality, and commercial objectives.
- Manage bookings from enquiry through confirmation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with travel regulations.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to deliver seamless travel experiences.
- Resolve travel issues professionally and contribute to continuous service improvement.
- Stay up to date on destinations, travel trends, and luxury travel products.
Requirement:
- Advanced English and Advanced German.
- Experience in luxury travel, travel consulting, concierge services, or a Destination Management Company (DMC).
- Strong knowledge of major cities and holiday destinations around the world, including luxury hotels, airlines, rental car providers, DMCs, and specialist tour operators.
- Passion for creating personalized travel experiences and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong commercial awareness and confidence negotiating with suppliers.
- Excellent research, planning, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams.
- Experience with Amadeus or another GDS is an advantage.
- Knowledge of IATA regulations and the luxury travel industry is desirable.
