Short Summary:
Tekmetric is a cloud-based software helping auto repair shops run smarter and grow faster. We are looking for a high-energy, self-motivated Account Executive to own the full sales cycle targeting multi-location auto repair groups and independent shops.

Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close.
- Navigate multiple stakeholders to identify decision-makers and move deals forward.
- Develop creative outreach strategies and articulate Tekmetric's value proposition.
- Inform product and marketing strategy.
- Share data-driven insights with Product and Operations to improve sales velocity.
- Partner with Onboarding on results-based Proof of Concepts.
- Actively prospect, request referrals, and nurture relationships.
- Represent Tekmetric at local and national roadshows.

Requirement:
- 3–5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience in a mid-market or full-cycle closing role.
- Auto service industry knowledge preferred.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
- Self-motivated and able to create your own structure.
- Strong communicator, active listener, and problem solver.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%.
