Responsibilities:
- Assist in project management activities and support change management initiatives.
- Contribute to the conception, execution, and documentation of process improvements.
- Gain hands-on experience with Scrum and agile development methodologies.
- Analyze data and key metrics to create documentation and dashboards for project transparency.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies and help facilitate meetings.
- Support onboarding of new team members into Scrum processes.
- Perform product analysis to evaluate current features and propose improvements.
- Track deadlines and tasks, and provide functional support within systems such as PartS/EWM.
- Prepare and follow up on steering committees/boards.
- Assist in developing concepts for project organization and implementing optimizations.
- Support technical tasks such as Azure DevOps operations, Logic App, and Power Automate flow creation.
- Collaborate on initiatives involving webshop and ERP systems.
Requirement:
- Enrolled student in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and project management principles.
- Technical knowledge with familiarity in Azure technologies; experience with Azure DevOps is a plus.
- Knowledge of Logic Apps, Power Automate, and ERP systems; SAP, Salesforce, and MS Dynamics 365 F&O experience is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; German language skills are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across different areas of the company.
