We are seeking a motivated and reliable Junior Sales Representative to support lead generation and sales activities for an Australian real estate business. This part-time role (20 hours per week) requires strong communication skills and a proactive approach to engaging prospects.
Responsibilities:
- Engage and follow up with leads and prospects to drive conversions
- Support sales activities and pipeline management
- Communicate professionally with clients via calls, messaging platforms, and email
- Maintain consistent availability and responsiveness during working hours
- Provide daily updates and end-of-day reports on activities and outcomes
- Participate in daily standups and weekly check-ins
- Accurately update CRM or tracking systems with lead and interaction data
- Build basic understanding of Australian real estate processes and client needs
Requirement:
- 1–3 years experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience or exposure to the Australian real estate market is highly preferred
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup with high accountability
- Strong responsiveness and communication discipline (e.g., Slack, WhatsApp)
- Comfortable working part-time hours aligned to Melbourne time (2:00 PM – 6:00 PM)
- Highly organized with the ability to manage leads and follow-ups effectively
- Positive attitude, coachable, and results-driven
