Short Summary:
We are hiring a hands-on IT Engineering Manager to own the Enterprise Applications domain, leading a small engineering team and coordinating across markets. This role involves 70–80% technical execution and 20–30% people and delivery leadership, focusing on building automation, documentation, and standards for scalability.

Responsibilities:
- Own endpoint fleet strategy across macOS and Windows, including MDM, security baselines, patching, and full device lifecycle management.
- Administer core SaaS stack, including Google Workspace and Slack, managing configurations, licenses, and vendor negotiations.
- Manage identity and access, including SSO and MFA, and oversee the Joiner-Mover-Leaver lifecycle.
- Engineer automation for repetitive tasks using scripting and AI tools.
- Own incident response and reliability, acting as an escalation point during peak periods.
- Define IT service standards and ensure compliance with operational metrics.
- Lead and mentor a small IT engineering team, promoting knowledge sharing and professional growth.

Requirement:
- 5–7+ years in IT operations or engineering, with hands-on experience across endpoint, SaaS, and identity management.
- Expertise with MDM, identity providers, and SaaS administration.
- Proven scripting and automation skills, with experience in AI tooling.
- Strong project management skills and ability to operate autonomously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
