Responsibilities:
- Executive Time Management: Ensure schedules align with key business priorities.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ownership of Planning and Execution: Increase productivity by planning and executing tasks.
- Complex Scheduling and Calendar Management: Provide dynamic scheduling support.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas and manage meeting logistics.
- Global Travel Management: Oversee planning and coordination of travel.
- Expense and Budget Management: Manage travel expenses and reimbursements.
- Process and Systems Management: Develop systems to enhance efficiency.
- Information Consolidation: Gather and organize information into executive summaries.
Requirement:
- 8+ years of experience providing C-level executive support.
- Experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced environments.
- Well-rounded work style with startup/small company experience.
- Collaborative approach and proven AI proficiency.
