Short Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator II to support our Software Asset Management (SAM) team. This role will play a critical part in coordinating software asset management initiatives and ensuring successful execution of software-related projects.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Software Asset Management team in managing software lifecycle processes.
- Assist with software purchase validations and asset documentation.
- Help develop, maintain, and improve software purchasing request and procurement processes.
- Coordinate activities related to software contracts, licensing, and asset tracking.
- Assist with planning, tracking, and execution of software asset management projects.
- Create and manage purchase requests and purchase orders (POs).
- Track and maintain records related to software expenditures and purchasing activities.
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, presentations, and executive updates.
- Manage and prioritize work through ServiceNow queues, shared software management inboxes, and Jira boards.
Requirement:
- 5-7 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, software asset management, procurement, sourcing, application management, or a related field.
- Knowledge and experience within the Software Asset Management (SAM) environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.
- Experience working with ServiceNow, Jira, and SAP.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
