Short Summary:
Steven.com is building the operating system for the creator economy, aiming to provide a comprehensive infrastructure for creators. The role offers significant ownership and autonomy for a junior engineer, focusing on building and shipping product features.

Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and ship end-to-end product features across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
- Prototype quickly, run experiments, and move core product metrics
- Own systems in production, including debugging, performance, and reliability
- Use AI/ML tools and LLM-based APIs to build intelligent product experiences
- Contribute to engineering culture through code quality, documentation, and active review participation

Requirement:
- Proficient in modern full-stack development: TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python, JavaScript
- Familiar with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and API design
- Comfortable working across the stack: frontend, backend, and infrastructure
- Some exposure to, or genuine interest in, AI/ML systems and LLM-based applications
- One to three years of professional experience, or a portfolio of self-directed projects that proves the same capability
