Short Summary:
Steven.com is building the operating system for the creator economy, focusing on data intelligence as a core competitive advantage. The Head of Data Intelligence will oversee data infrastructure, applied AI, and business intelligence, reporting directly to the CITO.

Responsibilities:
- Full audit of Steven.com's data estate, including sources, quality, gaps, and governance posture.
- Ensure GDPR compliance and initiate encryption and access control frameworks.
- Operationalize core data infrastructure with reliable pipelines and accessible datasets.
- Automate operational reporting across business functions.
- Develop proprietary intelligence products or models for internal or external customers.
- Embed business intelligence across the organization for data-driven decision-making.

Requirement:
- Proven experience leading data functions in a fast-moving, digitally native business.
- Track record of building data infrastructure, including pipelines and governance frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with applied AI/ML in production.
- Experience managing data compliance in UK/US contexts, especially GDPR.
- Prior team leadership experience with a focus on developing technical talent.
