Short Summary:
Spring Health is a global mental health company focused on eliminating barriers to mental health. The Lead Product Manager will drive growth, engagement, and retention for members with complex care needs, owning the strategy and success metrics for improving member care engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Own the growth strategy for Specialty Care, improving activation, session attendance, retention, and progression through care.
- Identify, prioritize, and test growth levers across the member journey.
- Build and maintain a continuous experimentation roadmap in collaboration with data, engineering, and clinical teams.
- Define and own growth KPIs, ensuring metrics reflect business outcomes and clinical intent.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ship, measure, and iterate on member-facing experiences.
- Collaborate with clinical, legal, and compliance teams to ensure growth initiatives respect acuity and regulatory requirements.
- Use qualitative insights and behavioral data to refine strategy and prioritization.
Requirement:
- 7+ years of product management experience, with ownership of growth-oriented product areas.
- Proven experience as a Growth PM in consumer, B2B2C, or healthcare products.
- Strong experience in designing and running experimentation programs.
- Experience in regulated environments (healthcare, fintech, etc.) preferred.
- Deep analytical fluency and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills and experience leveraging AI or personalization systems is a plus.
