Responsibilities:
- Execute high-quality design across the full growth scope, including onboarding, subscription experiences, and lifecycle moments.
- Partner with the Principal Designer on Growth to shape product development.
- Drive experimentation with rigor, identifying problems and designing solutions based on data.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, PMs, engineers, and data scientists to ensure fast, high-quality shipping.
- Contribute to the design system and use AI-native tools in daily workflows.
Requirement:
- 7+ years of product design experience, particularly in growth, conversion, or retention contexts.
- Proficiency in AI-native tools (Cursor, Claude, etc.) as a standard part of the workflow.
- Strong understanding of A/B testing and funnel thinking.
- Ability to present work clearly and influence product direction through design.
