Short Summary:
This role is for one of our clients in the Outsourcing and Offshoring Consulting industry, requiring a mid-senior level professional with 5+ years of experience.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial reporting and month-end/year-end close.- Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audits, and statutory requirements.- Lead accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.- Review balance sheet reconciliations and financial accuracy.- Drive process improvements and financial automation initiatives.- Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations.- Monitor key financial KPIs and business performance.- Lead and mentor the accounting team.

- Must-have skills: US Account, US GAAP- Good-to-have skills: QuickBooks, US Accounting
