Short Summary:
Reporting to the Director, Global Business Operations, you will lead the Reporting and Analytics function to support the Business Operations team and global Sales organization across data requests, dashboards queries, and reporting requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Manage requirements to support regular Drive Plan and Leadership meetings with forecast reporting, variance analysis, funnel reviews, and top opportunity analysis.
- Provide Analysis for Quarterly Business Reviews for Regional teams on sales performance, execution of strategy, and key leading indicators.
- Work with Regional Bus Ops and Sales Leaders to identify key KPIs to track business performance success and execute within regular reporting and dashboards.
- Drive creation and execution of integrated reporting roadmap to support the business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage data warehouse infrastructure, data availability, accuracy, and quality.
- Manage internal Reporting, Salesforce, and Power BI relationships and projects.
- Support execution of reporting into Power BI – supporting requirements gathering, data validation, UAT testing, and communicating rollout of new dashboards.
- Assist with coordination of Salesforce data, dashboards, and reporting inquiries.
- Regular auditing of information disseminated by the global and regional reporting teams to ensure consistency of data, reduction of duplication, and logging of regular requests to input to future Power BI roadmap.
- Provide analysis across pricing and deal structure trends across the region, revenue streams, and product sets to advise on future go-to-market initiatives.
- Identify and drive improvements across sales reports and dashboards, implement and automate enhancements to drive efficiencies across the sales cycle and regular sales forecast meetings.
- Execute effective change management across all functions of the organization to support the implementation of changes to sales reports and dashboards.
- Deliver ad-hoc leadership reporting and analysis as required.
- Manage team and coordinate activities across global reporting teams.
Requirement:
- Proven experience in a similar role and managing a small team.
- 5+ years of Business/Sales Operations experience.
- Salesforce power user (Reports, Dashboards, etc.).
- Advanced Excel/G-sheet skills.
- Ability to work with large, complex data sets.
- Strong commitment to excellence, detail-oriented, and process-oriented.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience within technology organization/SaaS industry is a distinct advantage.
- Collaborative team player, great communicator, and customer service-oriented.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Experience of interrogating and consolidating data from multiple sources.
- Demonstrable experience of stakeholder management.
- Confident preparing and presenting results to a senior management team.
