Short Summary:
Sophos is looking for a Manager, Finance System Support to lead the team that keeps core finance systems running smoothly and continuously improving. This role involves managing day-to-day support for SAP and related finance applications, overseeing month-end close readiness, and contributing to broader finance initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop the Finance System Support team, ensuring high-quality service.
- Own day-to-day support for key finance systems, managing incidents and requests effectively.
- Oversee month-end close support, including system readiness and issue resolution.
- Manage finance system access processes and coordinate with IT and control owners.
- Partner with finance, IT, and external support providers to resolve complex issues.
- Establish consistent support practices and documentation across core finance processes.
- Lead finance systems initiatives that strengthen controls and improve efficiency.
- Coordinate the quarterly release cycle for finance system priorities.
- Serve as an escalation point for finance leaders on system-related questions.

Requirement:
- Experience with finance or accounting processes and operational workflows.
- Previous people management experience, including leading and coaching teams.
- Experience supporting large ERP systems; SAP experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of support processes, access management, and finance system controls.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
