Short Summary:
Sony Interactive Entertainment (PlayStation) is seeking a Change & GTM Commercial Manager to shape and deliver strategic e-commerce initiatives at a global scale, focusing on improving how players engage with PlayStation products and services across the Direct to Consumer (D2C) business.
Responsibilities:
- Shape e-commerce and GTM strategy, defining customer problems and market approaches.
- Drive analytical decision-making by analyzing customer journeys and trading performance.
- Build commercial cases and KPI frameworks to forecast and monitor outcomes.
- Embed experimentation and personalization through partnerships with various teams.
- Own the full GTM lifecycle, connecting strategy to launch planning and customer activation.
- Create performance visibility with dashboards and reporting.
- Lead cross-functional orchestration and change, aligning global teams around goals.
- Build scalable e-commerce playbooks for repeatable approaches.
Requirement:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in management consulting, commercial strategy, e-commerce, or related fields.
- Strong analytical capability with experience in SQL, Tableau, and KPI modeling.
- Experience with experimentation and optimization, including A/B testing.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce and customer lifecycle.
- Proven ability to connect strategy to execution and influence stakeholders.
