Short Summary:
SDG is seeking an IT Procurement Specialist to manage procurement, vendor relations, and IT asset management, contributing to the development of impactful social discovery products.

Responsibilities:
- Procurement & Vendor Management
- Accounts Payable (AP) & Compliance
- Finance & FinOps (Cloud & SaaS Optimization)
- IT Asset Management & Infrastructure (ITAM)

Requirement:
- Experience in the full procurement cycle, contract negotiation, and vendor management (specifically for IT/SaaS)
- Proficiency in "Plan vs. Actual" analysis, OPEX/CAPEX management, and finance forecasting
- Understanding of cloud cost structures (AWS/GCP), Reserved Instances, Savings Plans, and cost allocation/tagging
- Knowledge of invoice processing workflows, 3-way matching, and basic accounting principles
- Experience tracking hardware lifecycles and inventory management systems
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP/Query), proficiency in Jira/Confluence, and experience with ERP
- Russian proficiency C1+; English B2
