Short Summary:
The primary objective of this role is to drive real, lasting change across SNCB/NMBS by embedding cybersecurity into the organization’s culture, processes, and ways of working. This person will co-own the preparation and implementation of security policies, working closely with various teams to ensure structured and sustained adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, co-author and implement cybersecurity policies in collaboration with CISO GRC Team, HR, and operational departments.
- Own and drive the change management track across all cybersecurity projects, from awareness campaigns to training roll-outs.
- Translate cybersecurity strategy into actionable guidance for business units.
- Track adoption and maturity progress across projects, reporting to Executive Leadership.
- Ensure transformation programmes align with risk appetite and governance frameworks.
Requirement:
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience in organizational change.
- At least 5 years of experience in leading change management programmes in a regulated environment.
- Proficient in English (C1), French (C2), and Dutch (C2).
- Strong writing skills for clear policy documents and communications.
