Short Summary:
As a Human Factors Specialist, you will develop and apply human-centered research methods to improve the user experience of next-generation Augmented Reality devices, collaborating with various engineering teams to translate insights into product improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute human-subject studies to evaluate comfort and user experience.
- Collect and analyze ergonomic and biomechanical data for actionable insights.
- Develop measurement methods and validate prototypes.
- Integrate sensing technologies into research prototypes.
- Collaborate with teams to translate insights into product requirements.
- Document methods and findings to improve organizational knowledge.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in human-subject research for wearable devices or related products.
- Experience in designing and executing studies, data analysis, and developing evaluation methods.
- Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, R, or similar tools.
