Short Summary:
Snap Inc is looking for an experienced HSE Advisor to support the HSE program at the Abingdon facility, partnering with site leadership and the Global HSE team to maintain compliance and drive continuous improvement in a complex manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:
- Drive implementation and continual improvement of the site HSE management system.
- Act as the primary HSE point of contact and senior subject matter expert for the Abingdon site.
- Ensure compliance with UK environmental and occupational health and safety legislation.
- Lead site HSE audits, inspections, and regulatory interactions.
- Oversee risk assessment programs for manufacturing processes and laboratories.
- Manage site hazardous materials and safety programs.
- Develop and deliver regulatory-required and role-based HSE training programs.
- Lead investigations of incidents and coordinate emergency response activities.

Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Environmental Health & Safety.
- NEBOSH Diploma (Level 6) or equivalent professional qualification.
- Strong knowledge of UK HSE regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with various stakeholders.
