Short Summary:
Snap Inc. is looking for a Food Program Lead to join the Workplace Experience Team, responsible for enhancing the food program experience for employees across AMER East.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with various teams to provide services and programs that exemplify Snap’s values.
- Champion the food program experience, ensuring high standards and compliance.
- Manage complex projects related to food program experience, including cafe operations and catering.
- Utilize satisfaction surveys to develop action plans for optimization.
- Handle annual operating budgets and procurement processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure service delivery aligns with contracts.

Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of relevant program management experience, particularly in financial stewardship and food operations.
- Strong communication, organizational, and financial skills.
- Experience in managing regional food operations preferred.
