Short Summary:
We are a U.S.-based trucking company building a scalable operations system around ClickUp. We need a senior specialist who can understand business processes, design the ClickUp architecture, build working workflows, connect external platforms through APIs and automation tools, and document the complete system.
Responsibilities:
- Business-process discovery across various departments
- ClickUp architecture design including Spaces, Folders, Lists, and permissions
- Workflow and dashboard development
- Build and maintain integrations between ClickUp and other systems
- Design practical ClickUp AI agents and reusable skills
- Build monitoring for failed integrations and maintain technical documentation
- Train the Technical Systems Administrator and ClickUp Coordinator
Requirement:
- Building advanced ClickUp systems from scratch
- Experience with ClickUp API, webhooks, and automation platforms
- Business-process and SaaS integration design
- Strong communication skills with non-technical stakeholders
- Required skills: ClickUp (2 years), Automation (3 years), Business Scaling (3 years), AI Agents (1 year), Google Tools (3 years)
- Required language: English B2 - Upper Intermediate
