Short Summary:
The Sr. ABM Manager is a strategic, cross-functional project and program manager focused on advancing account-based marketing efforts for the Enterprise Business Unit, leading the development and execution of campaigns targeting enterprise accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy and implementation of ABM campaigns and tactics for the Enterprise Business Unit.
- Align as Enterprise Marketing’s primary liaison with Revenue leadership to facilitate cross-functional collaboration with account teams.
- Drive programming strategy to achieve new pipeline and expansion growth, acceleration, and retention goals.
- Partner with sales leaders to identify high-value targets and formulate growth strategies.
- Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and ideal customer profile segment targets.
- Track performance and ROI for continued optimization.
- Leverage a data-driven approach to continuously test, evaluate, and optimize campaign success.
- Manage campaign reporting dashboards.
Requirement:
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, specializing in Account-Based Marketing.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful ABM campaigns.
- Ability to moderate account planning sessions with Sales, agencies, and marketing stakeholders.
- Experience communicating marketing strategies and results to various stakeholders.
- Proven success implementing strategic account, vertical, and/or ABM marketing programs.
- Broad range of digital marketing skills.
- Understanding of latest Cloud, SaaS, and GenAI trends.
- Strong communicator and collaborator with exceptional communication skills.
- Foundational knowledge of key marketing automation and CRM tools.
- A strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, Enterprise SaaS environment.
